ASA Hall of Fame StadiumOklahoma City is home to the Amateur Softball Association, softball’s national governing body, and host to softball’s most elite events, including the NCAA Women’s College World Series, Big XII Softball Championship, and the Women’s College World Series at the Hall of Fame Stadium. ASA has depended on Triad Design Group for continuing expansions and renovations to the sports complex to make it one of the finest softball facilities in the country.

2003 phased improvements included 3,000 additional seats, over 500 new parking spaces, new upper concourse connecting the north fields with concessions and bathrooms. Infield concrete backstop walls, dugouts, main parking lot and lighting, concrete sidewalks, concessions, fencing, scoreboards, and under-drain system were also put in.

Two new playing fields with stadium lighting and covered concrete stadium seating were added and the Hall of Fame Plaza and Sports Festival Esplanade, a 300 ft. long 40 ft. wide walkway for vendor tents was constructed to accommodate softball championship activities. Further complex upgrades made were: backstop frame and netting; outfield perimeter chain link fencing; posts and footings; electrical service lines; telephone conduit and scoreboard control conduits from the scorers location at the upper plaza area; design and construction of east main parking lot and lighting.

The 2007/2008 Master Plan developed by Triad for the ASA includes field improvements, outfield locker rooms, new concessions and toilets, hospitality center, new ticket booths, new entrance, expanded seating at Fields 2, 3, and 4, umpires parking area, batting cages at Field 2 and additional parking and access drives.
